If you upgraded to Skype 4.X you may have noticed that Skype removed the Speed Dial option from the client.

If you are using a USB Skype Box or Skype Diverter you won’t be able to dial any of your contacts from your regular phone.

Until Skype fix this issue; the only option to add/edit speed dial contacts is:

• First download and run Skype protocol tracer: Here
• Second confirm at skype that you allow Tracer.exe access to skype.
• To find out speeddial of a user, type GET USER username SPEEDDIAL in the box below and click on Send command
• To set a new speedial, use command: SET USER username SPEEDDIAL number
