If you upgraded to Skype 4.X you may have noticed that Skype removed the Speed Dial option from the client.
If you are using a USB Skype Box or Skype Diverter you won’t be able to dial any of your contacts from your regular phone.
Until Skype fix this issue; the only option to add/edit speed dial contacts is:

First download and run Skype protocol tracer: Here
Second confirm at skype that you allow Tracer.exe access to skype.

You have to follow the following steps:
*
Create Folders:
Create 3 folders – C:XPSP1, C:SP1 and C:XPBOOT
*
Copy WinXP:
Copy the entire Windows XP CD into folder C:XPSP1
*
Modify files:
You will need to download the SP1a Update, which is around 125MB.
Rename the Service Pack file to XP-SP1a.exe

First of all, download bootdisk.exe (810 KB) and get yourself a 1.44 MB floppy. You don’t even need to format it, when the download is done, just run Bootdisk.exe and follow the on screen questions. After the bootdisk is written, copy the file ghost.exe from the directory where you have installed Ghost 6.x or Ghost Personal Edition to this bootdisk. If you have the Personal Edition of Ghost, after you have copied ghostpe.exe to the bootdisk, rename it to ghost.exe.

When you install Office XP/2K or one of it’s components, such as FrontPage XP/2K, Microsoft Script Editor, a program called (Mdm.exe) Machine Debug Manager, which is used to provide application debugging is also installed.
Once you restart your machine, MDM creates 2 temp files (every time) in your Windows folder.
For example, the file name may be similar to:
“fffeeecf_{44BE8B61-235B-11D2-8E66-D59A4E66D32D}.tmp”
MDM loads itself via the Registry:
