I tried for some hours and then I decided to downgrade back to iPhone OS 3.1.3 and upgrade when some of those apps are updated for iOS4.  After doing some research on the internet I found the following method that allowed me to downgrade from iOS4 with no problems:

1- The first thing that you have to do is to make sure you have latest iTunes installed (I used 9.2) and connect your iPhone to your computer (I use a Mac).

2- Need to download the original iPhone 3.1.3 firmware (you can google it).

3- Then you need to put your iPhone 3G/3Gs in DFU mode:

• With the iPhone connected to your computer turn iPhone off.
• Hold power and home together for 10 seconds.
• Release power but keep holding home until the computers beeps (observed on a PC) as a USB device is recognized (no beeps in Mac).
• A few seconds later iTunes should detect your iPhone and you will get a message that a phone has been found and must be restored.
• If the Restore Logo is present on the screen, you are in Recovery Mode, not DFU (try again).

4- Once your iPhone is in DFU mode, Hold Option key (in Mac) while clicking Restore in iTunes and browse for the OS 3.1.3 or below firmware for your iPhone 3G/3Gs. Now the restore process will take 10 – 20 minutes.

5- You will get an error message like 1011, 1013, 1015,  just ignore it (Actually the firmware 3.1.3 is already successfully installed) and use irecovery to get the hold of your iPhone again.

6- Download iRecovery (Google it). Once downloaded expand it on any directory that you like.

7- Start Terminal in Mac and run “iRecovery -s” on the directory that expanded irecovery to.

8- Within the utility run the following commands:

• setenv auto-boot true
• saveenv
• reboot

9- Your iphone will reboot. Once it is back on;  just restore your backup.

10- You iPhone should be back on 3.1.3

“Pairing HR BELT Suunto T3 – Suunto T4 – or newer “C” versions – same procedure applies.

Enter Training mode menu by long pressing the Enter button while in Training mode.

Step 1: Remove the battery from the transmitter belt.

Step 2: Short-circuit the – and + metal plates in the battery compartment by putting the battery in UPSIDE down for 4 – 5 seconds.. just hold it there – NOW pop it out…

Step 3: Select PAIR A POD in the TRAINING MENU of your Suunto t4/t3.

Step 4: Select PAIR HR BELT.  The message “TURN ON HR BELT” is displayed.

Step 5: Push the battery back in, the right way around (don’t worry about the hatch) – and at the same time rub the contact areas of the HR belt with both of your hands.  Your hands should be moist.

Step 6: One of the following messages will display within 30 seconds:

“HR BELT FOUND” – go to step 7/E

or, if pairing FAILED -  the unit returns to display “pair a pod” follow steps A-E below

Step A: If pairing failed and no devices were found, remove the battery from the transmitter belt.
Short-circuit the  – and + metal plates in the battery compartment by connecting them
with a metal instrument.  Or, the battery can be inserted upside-down into the compartment
and then removed.

Step B :  Select PAIR A POD in the TRAINING MENU of your Suunto t4/t3.

Step C: Select PAIR HR BELT.  The message “TURN ON HR BELT” will be displayed.

Step D: Insert the battery into the battery compartment and wait for the acknowledgment “HR BELT FOUND“.

Step 7/E: After pairing, put battery hatch back in place, careful not to pinch to rubber O’ring seal. You should now test the transmitter belt to make sure it is sending a signal. Make sure watch is in HR mode and not TE (Training Effect) mode (pressing and holding bottom left toggles between TE and HR).”

The forum has the instructions that will allow you to enable your Shadow (Dash or any WM6 device) VoIP over Wi-Fi hidden feature.

I first noticed this option when I was modifying the HTC Wing CommManager and saw an VoIP on/off option.

This feature is similar to T-Mobile’s @home plan. The difference is that you will have a separate phone number. However you can always forward your cell phone to another number. If you have access to Wi-Fi you will be receiving calls and not using your minutes.

To install the themes you have to follow these steps:

• You must uninstall any other previous versions of Freddy’s Themes before installing this version (you don’t need to uninstall the original T-Mobile’s theme).
• To install it; copy the cab file to your phone using ActiveSync and “run it” using your phone’s file explorer.
• You need to Soft Reset (reboot) your phone in order to see the changes.
• This program installs Rinku’s Iconbar v2.0. See Rinku’s blog for details.
• Rinku’s Iconbar is active by default. You can disable it by going to “Settings>Home Screen” and select the “Freddy Neo Theme without iconbar”

If you are using a USB Skype Box or Skype Diverter you won’t be able to dial any of your contacts from your regular phone.

Until Skype fix this issue; the only option to add/edit speed dial contacts is:

• First download and run Skype protocol tracer: Here
• Second confirm at skype that you allow Tracer.exe access to skype.
• To find out speeddial of a user, type GET USER username SPEEDDIAL in the box below and click on Send command
• To set a new speedial, use command: SET USER username SPEEDDIAL number
